  13. Is anyone familiar with 3 new (last fall) ordinances that basically
  14. say the County can site roads anywhere up to 1/2 mi on either side of
  15. the center line?  I know there are people with petitions this week and next,
  16. but I am curious as to who started such ordinances?  Which one(s) of our
  17. county commissioners?
