- I believe this is because of the glut of programmers on the market right now
- - employers take the approach that they can have thier pick of whoever they
- want, so why not take somebody with more experience.

- Well, it's too late for you, but for me, and a lot of the junior programmers
- at this company, the solution was to go to a university that had a co-op
- program. I went to work full time at the company where I had my last work
- terms, so did many of the co-ops who worked here.
