  18. - employers take the approach that they can have thier pick of whoever they
  19. want, so why not take somebody with more experience.

  24. Well, it's too late for you, but for me, and a lot of the junior programmers
  25. at this company, the solution was to go to a university that had a co-op
  26. program.  I went to work full time at the company where I had my last work
  27. terms, so did many of the co-ops who worked here.
