  14. that the both of us were able to live here for a year and a half. Its here in L
  15. ondon town

  19.     +$495 rent as oposed to the new rent of $520
  20.     +low electricity $40 bucks or less a month
  21.     +located on Chestnut Ridge Road, less than five minutes from the spine
  22.     +use of the pool and tennis courts(weather  pending)
  23.     +coin ops laundry below in basement
  24.     +very safe neighborhood, very safe!
