  24. I have yet to hear any convincing reason why any such discussion needs
  25. to take place, and I know of no one besides Brian who objects to the
  26. gatewaying which is proposed.

  34. Rather than conducting the discussion academically, my view is that it
  35. will be most productive and meaningful to talk about the subject after the
  36. gateway is established and articles are passing back and forth across it
  37. (as they presently are between alt.native and the NATCHAT list).  If there
  38. are objections at that point, we can discuss them in a non-abstract manner.

  41. non-issue at present.
