- I have lived here only a year and a half; I am moving because my
- husband has been working in California for a year and we have given up
- hope of revival of the economy here. It's a nice apartment (it has a
- REAL bathtub!). There are already two phone lines. There is a
- pantry. There is a quince tree by the pantry window (yes, it makes
- quinces) and a big full-sized apple tree in the back yard, which will
- knock you over with its blossoms in the spring and inundate you with
- apples in the fall. The street and neighbors are quiet. I will
- vacate by the 6th, so if you want near-immediate tenancy, you can
- probably arrange that.
