  35. I have lived here only a year and a half; I am moving because my
  36. husband has been working in California for a year and we have given up
  37. hope of revival of the economy here.  It's a nice apartment (it has a
  38. REAL bathtub!).  There are already two phone lines.  There is a
  39. pantry.  There is a quince tree by the pantry window (yes, it makes
  40. quinces) and a big full-sized apple tree in the back yard, which will
  41. knock you over with its blossoms in the spring and inundate you with
  42. apples in the fall.  The street and neighbors are quiet.  I will
  43. vacate by the 6th, so if you want near-immediate tenancy, you can
  44. probably arrange that.
