  30. I have really enjoyed living here.  It is in
  31. a beautiful 150 year old house, but it has its
  32. own entrance and is completely private and very
  33. quiet, I don't hear the other occupants and
  34. vice-versa.

  36. The kitchen is wonderful, great cabinets, dishwasher,
  37. black granite countertops.  There are lots of
  38. windows.  The bedroom has hardwood floors. The 
  39. neighborhood is very nice and the bike path
  40. and pool are definate perks.
