- A few months back I saw a Boston TV review of a Chinese restaurant located
- somewhere out in the 'burbs (Waltham?). The manager proudly stated that they
- tailor the dishes according to the ancestry of the clientele, and implied
- that generally non-Asian equated to less spicy. D'ya think this goes on
- a lot? Personally, if I order a spicy dish in a Chinese restaurant and
- it's not spicy, I don't bother returning.
