  15. There's a good vegetarian recipe in one of the Moosewood/Enchanted
  16. Broccoli Forest cookbooks. You don't NEED duck's blood to make
  17. hot&sour soup. 
  18.   I suspect that the local restaurants don't use it but I DON'T want
  19. to know.
  20.   (I'm about to become a vegetarian again...most of the local places
  21. do use pork, and I think chicken broth)
