- Broccoli Forest cookbooks. You don't NEED duck's blood to make
- hot&sour soup.
- I suspect that the local restaurants don't use it but I DON'T want
- to know.
- (I'm about to become a vegetarian again...most of the local places
- do use pork, and I think chicken broth)
