  15. After a discouraging experiment with TurboTax last spring, I'm going
  16. back to the spreadsheet method this year.

  18. Several of us should divide up the load, each person doing a fairly
  19. thorough job on one form, then sharing the results. If you're
  20. interested, and willing to discipline yourself enough to produce
  21. a rendition of at least one tax form reliable enough to share with
  22. friends who might be counting on it in a serious way, get in touch.
  23. Mention the forms that are of interest to you. I use Quattro, but
  24. if you use Brand X spreadsheet, I can at least put you in contact
  25. with other Brand X respondents.

  27. As far as state forms are concerned, I'm only interested in California.
  28. If you volunteer to coordinate for your state, I'll post a summary of
  29. such offers in follow-up.
