- I think that this is symptomatic of the legal profession -
- companies selling Bar review stuff to aspiring lawyers must
- be especially diligent - especially given that if an applicatn
- were actually caught and convicted of copyright infringement,
- his bar admission would be much more problematical.

- But having sat through several Bar reviews (and then passed the
- corresponding Bar exams), I do not think that the company is
- overreacting.

- As an aside, I bought Blond's paperback tests, and was happy.
- Taking BARBRI, PMBR, then taking a number of practice tests
- (including Blond's) allowed me to pass the Colorado Bar
- on my mutlistate results alone with ease (I was about 20
- points over the minimum).
