  38. I think that this is symptomatic of the legal profession -
  39. companies selling Bar review stuff to aspiring lawyers must
  40. be especially diligent - especially given that if an applicatn
  41. were actually caught and convicted of copyright infringement,
  42. his bar admission would be much more problematical.

  44. But having sat through several Bar reviews (and then passed the
  45. corresponding Bar exams), I do not think that the company is
  46. overreacting.

  48. As an aside, I bought Blond's paperback tests, and was happy.
  49. Taking BARBRI, PMBR, then taking a number of practice tests
  50. (including Blond's) allowed me to pass the Colorado Bar
  51. on my mutlistate results alone with ease (I was about 20
  52. points over the minimum).
