While you can use your own checks, they must conform to the bank's requirements
or they may charge a special handling fee. For example, your checks would
need to be imprinted with your account information and the bank routing number using MICR (magnetic ink, which is available for laser printers by the way)
so that their automated equipment could process them.
As an aside, why would you want to use checks either all with the same
sequence number (ie. photocopying them) or no sequence number? It would
be very difficult to keep track of outstanding checks.
