  25. My ABA Journal just arrived with a review of this book.  The review states that  
  26. the book fails to find sex discrimination in the award of custody by the  
  27. courts.

  29. Also reported that of 1,100 divorces studied, only 1.7% are contested so as to  
  30. require a judicial determination.
