- My ABA Journal just arrived with a review of this book. The review states that
- the book fails to find sex discrimination in the award of custody by the
- courts.
-
- Also reported that of 1,100 divorces studied, only 1.7% are contested so as to
- require a judicial determination.
-
- Bad review? Or does the study weaken your arguments?
