  39. If you weren't just a lawyer wannabe I'd say *you* were the incompetent
  40. attorney here. But then again, third-year law students are supposed
  41. to be a little smarter than to issue a challenge to look something
  42. up in a readily available public forum.  So, maybe you really are 
  43. incompetent.
