- No, you must have misunderstood. When they say, "government should stay
- out of the personal lives of men," they really mean _men_. This is not
- to be confused with the "men" in "all men are created equal," which
- meant "white men." Nor should you mistake that for the "men" in "the
- best-laid plans of mice and men," which means, of course, "men and
- women." Got that?
