- other individuals from entering the building, in which case they are clearly
- violating the rights of other citizens are legally in the wrong. Surely

- I don't see any difference, since they all (if I'm understanding you
- correctly) involve violating the rights of other citizens. And I'm the one
- who made the statement you seem to believe you arguing with.
