- That is irrelevant. Had the doctor been caught taking drugs from his own
- pharmacy and claimed that it was the pharmacy's fault, surely a good
- prosecutor would point to his background to discredit him. I was saying
- that his pointing to congressional spending as irresponsible and the
- house bank scandal as not irresponsible is absurd, since they are symtoms
- of the same irresponsible attitude.

- congressmen constituting irresponsible behavior: I do not run a bank, but if
- I did I would not be allowed to provide freinds with unlimited amounts of
- money from the bank interest free. This is due to federal banking laws. To
- exempt the house bank from those laws is irresponsible and possibly criminal.
