  17. You presume wrong.  I was horrified by the Bush policy, and irked that
  18. Bush was more interested in making the liberals happy by allowing the
  19. thugs that run Haiti to continue to do so without "U.S. imperialism"
  20. forcing them from power, than in correcting a horrendous abuse of
  21. human rights.
