  11. I recently heard that the newly created Russian Intellectual Property Agency
  12. submitted a final draft of a new copyright law entitled "On Copyright and
  13. Related Rights" to be considered by the Supreme Soviet sometime this month.
  14. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this final draft?  Also, does the
  15. Russian Intellectual Property Agency have an e-mail address?
