- One of my coworkers is pregnant. She currently has 2 boys (ages 11 and 13) and
- one girl (age 9). Her daughter, Beverly, had been insisting that she wanted
- a a baby sister so she wouldn't be the only girl.
-
- Last weekend, I spent a day at their house working on the oldest son's
- computer, and Beverly got to play with Angelica (age 3) all day.
-
- My coworker says that the minute we left, Beverly said "I don't want a sister
- any more. Baby girls are too pushy. They just keep telling you 'Do this!'
- 'Do that!' And never let you do what you want to do."
-
- Lucky for my coworker, too, because her amnio results came in a couple of
- days later and she's having another boy.
