  30. Where did you hear that the use of condoms was the only prerequisite
  31. for "safe sex"?  I'm not convinced that using condoms, and not all of
  32. the other techniques for "safe sex" even qualifies as "safer sex".
  33. Condoms break too easily, in my experience, to be useful as anything
  34. more than one small facet of an overall method.  Using them as the
  35. only method is (IMHO) terribly risky, and not something I would brand
  36. as "safer sex".

  38. The only truly safe sex is no sex.  If you can convince your kids to
  39. never have sex, great.  Otherwise, I think it would be well for folks
  40. to concentrate on educating people rather than picking nits on verbiage.
