- I need some advice from the netters:
-
- My daughter Rebecca has been in day care since
- she was 22 months old and has been sick often. She
- coughs for 2 hours non-stop until she vomits
- everything in her system. Until about last winter,
- her condition was so frightening that her ped. suggested
- that she see a specialist. At Children's Hosptial in Boston,
- the doctor gave her blood test and X-rays, but still couldn't
- locate the cause, and ordered even more blood tests and x-rays.
- The doctor found out that she had the sinus infection and had
- given her bactrim(?).
-
- She is now 3 1/2, still has coughs, but seems to be under
- controled. Her ped. gives her ventolin(?) for her coughs but
- when necessary. My daughter's condition is worst at
- nap time or bed time (almost every night), or when she lies down.
- I almost suspect that she may have asthma but her ped. didn't
- seem to think so.
-
-
- I now give her Robitison-DM before she goes to bed and most of the time
- it does the trick.
-
- I need to know if anyone has the same experience and would like to share
- it with me.
-
-
- Thanks in advance,
- Sharon
