- My OB/GYN said nice things about it right after they first came out. Then I
- asked him a few years alter, and he said he was seeing a lot of `sponge'
- pregnancies, and couldnt recomend it.

- I used them for a couple of years and loved them. I never got pregnant, but
- that is hardly a recomendation. When I did stop using them, and tried to get
- pregnant it took 1.5 years and help from an accupuncturist to get pregnant.
