- My one year old does the same and thinks it is funny. I haven't
- had much success with "NO" (in any area for that matter) but I have
- had success with "DON'T DO THAT, DO THIS..." and then showing him
- what I prefer him to do.

- In the case of hitting/grabbing my face, I look and him and pat
- my shoulder with MY hand. He likes to imitate me, so he does the
- same with HIS hand. You might be able to think of something better
- for him to do as an alternative than shoulder patting. I needed
- something immediately and it was the first thing I thought of to
- redirect his action.
