  12. I am looking for a position as a programmer or a systems administrator
  13. in or near Kansas, or in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
  14.  
  15. I am currently a systems administrator in an academic environment,
  16. supporting faculty and graduate students doing research in many areas. 
  17. Our department uses a variety of computers and operating systems.  
  18. I am most proficient with C and Unix, but I have a wide range of
  19. familiarities, developed by performing software development and
  20. general troubleshooting in a diverse environment.

  22. My graduate education emphasized algorithm design, particularly
  23. in the area of graph theory.  My coursework was designed to provide
  24. me with a variety of analytical tools, based both in computer science 
  25. and in mathematics.

  72.         One of three full-time systems staff members responsible
  73.         for evaluating, developing, installing, and maintaining
  74.         software for a heterogeneous network.  The position enjoys
  75.         a high degree of autononmy, and requires balancing the
  76.         needs of faculty, staff, and students, while coordinating
  77.         with other systems staff members.  Primary responsibilities
  78.         include system security, user accounts, public domain
  79.         software, and PCs.  Also supervise graduate assistants
  80.         performing systems maintenance and software development.
