  14.      for a Senior Software Process Improvement Engineer.

  16.      In this position, you will work with others in the business to: 
  17.  
  18.      1) Lead the definition of world-class software development processes and tools suitable for 
  19.      real-time control system product development and delivery; 
  20.  
  21.      2) Lead the implementation and deployment of the defined software processes and tools , and 
  22.  
  23.      3) Maintain and manage software metrics.

  25. MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  26.  
  27. B.S. in computer science or engineering;
  28.  
  29. At least eight years of experience in software design and development
  30.       (preferrably, embedded/real-time software);
  31.  
  32. At least two years of experience with the 
  33.      development and deployment of software development and maintenance process, procedures and methods, 
  34.      software productivity and quality metrics collection and management, 
  35.      computer-aided software engineering tool selection, deployment and use.
