- As a Software Design Engineer or Development Lead you
- will be intimately involved with all phases of the
- development cycle. You'll be working with small
- dedicated teams of world class Software Engineers

- Microsoft products and establishing the future of
- personal computing.

- As a Technical Program Manager you will be the
- product's technical catalyst, owning the development
- process from inception to release. You will write
- product specifications and drive all aspects of
- development, from implementation and testing though
- documentation, marketing and delivery of the latest

- Your background should include 2-6+ years professional soft-
- ware engineering and/or technical leadership experience and
- strong software development skills with C, C++, 80x86,
- 68000, MS-DOS, MS Windows, or MS Windows NT.
