  16. My husband is doing a small amount of independent consulting for a meduim-
  17. sized Japanese owned company in the Chicago area. He is at the point where
  18. he needs to present them with an invoice for services rendered so that he can
  19. be paid. He is not sure what such an invoice should look like. Does anyone
  20. have any ideas on how the invoice should look and what information should be
  21. included?
