  21.    Echosphere is looking for a contract VMS systems programmer to write
  22.    a new computer-to-computer control program using existing guidelines
  23.    defined by similar existing computer-to-computer control programs.
  24.    Existing programs are written in VMS BASIC, however VMS C may be
  25.    considered as an alternative programming language for this contract.

  27.    REQUIREMENTS:
  28.            o Knowledge of VMS BASIC or VMS C programming language
  29.            o Expert with using VMS system services
  30.            o Good documentation skills
  31.            o Experienced with I/O processing to/from DECserver ports
  32.              and LAT specific I/O functions
  33.            o Experienced with ASTs and VMS mailboxes
  34.            o Knowledge of DECNET task-to-task communications with
  35.              $ASSIGN and $QIO
  36.            o On site system testing and support training
