  19. Define SMALL percentage, please. I have known some ``job front'' that
  20. takes a profit of about 10k a year after paying social security, etc,
  21. but before paying corporate taxes and overhead of maintaning an office and
  22. recruiter/placement people.  Is that small? It could be a matter of opinion.
