  15. The Atlanta metro area has at least two on-line data bases provided by
  16. private firms.  The first is called REDLINK and is an
  17. appraiser-oriented data base with histrical sales information also.
  18. The second is called the Real Estate Data Concepts (REDC) data base
  19. and has the metro county public records on line and lots of recent
  20. sales info also.  REDC is available to groups of individual
  21. subscribers and they can be reached at (404)451-2780.  I highly
  22. recommend and use REDC.  It can be economical if a group pitches in
  23. together.
