  11.   1. It is illegal.  No matter how you try to disguise it, it will
  12.      legally be viewed as a fraudulent pyramid/ponzi scheme.  If you
  13.      think it is legal than why do you insist on cash and why are you
  14.      posting anonymously?

  17.      Only morons would send any money to anyone, when they could always
  18.      start their own lists -- someone has to start them.  Just take the
  19.      post and replace all the names on the list with the names of your
  20.      friends and family and distribute it to as many places as you can
  21.      and see if any suckers will fall for your scam.

  23.   This is an outright con job.  It would be nice if people in the same
  24.   states as the people (especially the first five people) on that list
  25.   would fax a copy of that post to their states' attorneys general.
