  25. I believe Fidelity has two sector funds focusing on the telecommunications
  26. industry.  I can't say if they are domestic only or worldwide.  I think
  27. they are called Fidelity Select Telecommunications and Fidelity Select
  28. Emerging Telecommunications.  2% load, 1% redemption fee if I remember
  29. correctly.  You might inquire about the expense ratio.  1-800-544-8888.
