- I have a program that basically takes advantage of dips and rises in stock
- prices by buying more when the price is down, and selling out when the price
- goes up. On simulation with random data, the program seems to work well.
-
- I want to try this on some real stock. The following are the requirements:
- 1) I want the share value to be between $7 and $20, as a higher
- rate of percentage change (in price) is achieved even by a small
- movement.
- 2) The share value should have a very high Beta value (maybe > 2.5?)
- so as to give enough flucutations enough number of times for me to
- so some trading.
- 3) The total company worth should be at least $150 million, so that
- the chances of the company disappearing overnight are reduced.
-
-
- On the whole, requirement 1 is not important if the other two are met.
- (However, I would like to stay out of the Penny Stocks.)
-
- Note that the price of the share does not HAVE TO go very high; as long
- as it fluctuates, I'm okay.
-
- Could someone with access to the proper database either mail me the database,
- set up a one-time ftp access, or actually find the stock with the above
- criteria?
-
- Thanks in Advance,
-
