  15. The fact is most of Invesco-financial funds DO NOT charge 12b-1 fees.

  17. Those which DO NOT charge 12b-1 fees include all the 10 sector funds,
  18. flex fund, equity fund, international growth fund, money market fund, etc.

  20. Industrial income fund charges a 0.25% 12b-1 fees, but thier total expense
  21. is still 1.0% !!
