  14. By the way, one of the top "value" (i.e. low P/E) funds is now in a
  15. hiatus between getting rid of its 4.5% front-end load and establishing
  16. a new 3% back-end load.  While in this window (for around 2 more weeks),
  17. the fund will function as a real "no-load."  It is the Heartland Value
