  23. I believe they starting charging $18 or $24 last summer for managing IRA's.
  24. Fidelity's ad in 1/27/93 Wall Street Journal says that Fidelity will waive
  25. their fee if you make 2 trades per year, but I'm not sure if they're considered
  26. a discount broker.
