  15. I have had good luck with State Street Discount Brokers in Cleveland.
  16. Phone 800-222-5520.  Their rates are a lot lower than Schwab's,
  17. although I can't swear that they're the lowest in the country.
  18. At least they're polite, efficient, and honest, and their rates are
  19. among the lowest.
