- If 1995 has come and our debt hasn't killed us, or it isn't
- painfully obvious that it is going to shortly, then
- Figgie and Gordon and Norbert and I and others are
- wrong, and will be quite relieved. If this hasn't happened
- by 1995, then perhaps it won't matter if deficit fighting
- loses credibility. I myself don't see how interest on
- the debt can approach much more than it is now without
- starting to hurt much more than it is now. But we'll see.
