  19. If 1995 has come and our debt hasn't killed us, or it isn't
  20. painfully obvious that it is going to shortly, then
  21. Figgie and Gordon and Norbert and I and others are
  22. wrong, and will be quite relieved.  If this hasn't happened
  23. by 1995, then perhaps it won't matter if deficit fighting
  24. loses credibility.  I myself don't see how interest on
  25. the debt can approach much more than it is now without
  26. starting to hurt much more than it is now.  But we'll see.
