  13. As an experiment I opened an account with Banner a few months ago.
  14. (What the hell, it's only $200, right?)  So far I'm not impressed.
  15. It looks like the December return was about 1.4%.  Less than 20%
  16. per YEAR, not per MONTH.  Not sufficient return to justify such
  17. a risky venture, in my opinion.
