  20. Woah!  Don't mistake the real estate news for my own opinions.  All I've done  
  21. is to report what I read about real estate in the business publications.  Since  
  22. I find flame wars tedious and unpleasant, I prefer to share my own negative  
  23. opinions on real estate by private mail.

  25. As for the economy, I've read "Bankruptcy 1995: The Coming Collapse of America  
  26. and How to Stop It" by Harry Figgie, and it scares the hell out of me.
