  12.     Anyone know anything about this?  I'm thinking of using this as
  13. an IRA.  Especially now that the small stock funds are doing pretty well,
  14. given the situation right now.  But looking at the previous history, it
  15. hasn't really beaten the S&P 500 Index.  Anyone have any comments?
  16. Also, the 1% rtransaction fee has got me a little wondering also.
