  12. I have a Motorola Delta System Model 2334 for sale

  14. It contains the following VME boards and parts
  15.  
  16.     1 - MVE134FP - 16Mhz 60020/4Meg with Floating Point Processor.
  17.     1 - MVE350 - QIC-2 tape controler
  18.     1 - MVE320 - Floppy/Hard Disk Controller
  19.     1 - MVE332XT - 8 serial port / 1 centronics Port
  20.     1 - 60Meg Tape Drive
  21.     1 - Case with 400 watt power supply, 6 slot VME back plane
  22.         and 6 slot cage for transition cards.

  24.     Docs and tapes for the OS and the box.

  26. I am selling it as a box containing parts.  Right now I have not got it to work
  27. as system.  So you would be buying it for the parts it contains.

  29. The machine was used for some specialized communications work, so the SST/boot
  30. prom was removed and is missing.  It does contain the 134Bug prom which 
  31. should allow it to boot from hard drive, but doesn't allow me to boot from 
  32. the tape (get an error saying it is a unsupported command).  The SST boot rom
  33. must have had code to read the tape to memory and then boot.

  35. When I tried to boot unit off the disk drive, I did not get any lights showing
  36. access to the drive, I don't know if it is the drive or the controller.

  38. The only fail light that comes, is a powerup fail on the 134 board, due to 
  39. the battery backed rom needing to be replaced.  This is cleared by 
  40. hitting reset.  The running of the 134 is not impaired, it just won't remember
  41. ROM setting when the power is off.

  43. I am selling it for the boards and chassis, I make no warranty as to you
  44. getting it to work nicely together.  Any offers will be treated on this
  45. basis.

  50. but have not had time to test whether it works.
