  20. As anyone in rec.pyrotechnics will tell you, the Anarchist's Cookbook is highly
  21. unreliable, and many of the inaccuracies in the recipes could make a nasty
  22. BANG! when you least want it to.  (Maybe the government did put this out.  It 
  23. would sure be an effective way of cutting down on the number of anarchists out
  24. there.)
