- As anyone in rec.pyrotechnics will tell you, the Anarchist's Cookbook is highly
- unreliable, and many of the inaccuracies in the recipes could make a nasty
- BANG! when you least want it to. (Maybe the government did put this out. It
- would sure be an effective way of cutting down on the number of anarchists out
- there.)
