- Its my opinion that broadcasting is specifically allowed throughout
- the FCC rules when a true emergency situation exists. In the context
- of the original post--a vehicle traveling at 85+ mph, significantly
- above the speed limit, one could argue that such a situation exists.
- But, as I mentioned previously, the communication is really point
- to point, to remind the speeder to pay more attention to his driving.
