  17. I have a Quantum LPS120AT IDE drive for sale here.  It's less than 1 year
  18. old, with over 1 year warranty left and a few months of replacement
  19. warranty from DC-Drives.  I still have the original box it was shipped in,
  20. which has the invoice # printed on it, and a Quick Ref Installation Guide
  21. and spec sheet for the Quantum line.  This drive has a 256k cache on board,
  22. giving it an effective access time of 9 ms.  Please note that this is not
  23. the same drive as the new ELS series.  For some reason, Quantum decided to
  24. reserve the LPS setup for their 240 meg drives and have stopped manufacturing
  25. these speedy 120 megger's, replacing them with those 17 ms boogers... 
  26. This drive is still young, with the date 4/29/92 stamped on a label, and has
  27. no bad sectors.  I just bought myself a 200 meg drive, and don't particularly
  28. need this one around, although it would be nice to have around for those
  29. disk intensive applications (Wing Commander II for example... :).  I'm
  30. asking for $275, which includes shipping via USPS Priority Mail.  I'll
  31. happily guarantee it personally against DOA.  Please e-mail me if
  32. interested...
