  19. If you are eating a Caeser's salad in a restaurent, I think you are
  20. OK. Restaurent's can buy pasteurized (or similarly treated) eggs (the
  21. insides; raw). This does not have any salmonella.

  23. The reason that you don't get these in the supermarkets is mainly a
  24. problem of supply & demand. So far these are available only in large
  25. cartons suitable for restaurent use.
