- If you are eating a Caeser's salad in a restaurent, I think you are
- OK. Restaurent's can buy pasteurized (or similarly treated) eggs (the
- insides; raw). This does not have any salmonella.

- The reason that you don't get these in the supermarkets is mainly a
- problem of supply & demand. So far these are available only in large
- cartons suitable for restaurent use.
