- If you are taking this on an empty stomach - it could
- be the niacin but it sounds like a very small amount to cause
- this. At one time years ago I took 500mg. of it and the flush
- came on in about 20 minutes. As I recall, this effect should
- subside with time. I guess a way to check is to take some
- straight niacin under the same conditions that you now take
- the VS and see what happens. This is just a shot in the dark
- but it may be the cause.
