- More important than your real question....I guess you notice that you aren't
- isolating the lateral delt...that is really important for good (whatever "good" is)
- shape.

- Well, be prepared to get answers both ways. Most will say it is important
- to do the overall exercise first. After that, the other exercises isolate
- different heads and could probably be interchanged. Some people will say
- to do the isolation stuff first as a "pre-exhaust."

- If you really don't plan on isolating the lateral delt, I say do the military
- first, and do it hard.
