- I've been trying to "pump those gleuts (sp?) 'till my butt's
- like a bowling ball" of the last few months, and really haven't
- had much success. Mostly because I don't have a partner to help
- with squats, plus that exercise seems to hurt my knees. I am
- probably doing it wrong, but I'm not too fond of that anyway
- seeing as I always have to work in between a very large number
- of very large people.

- So the chart on the wall of the rec center says to try lunge and
- power clean, but I have no idea of what these are! Also, can
- anyone suggest other size-builders for those elusive gleuts?
