- I think that NEITHER the StairMaster or the Nordic Track will improve
- ARM strength. Stainmaster works the legs harder than the Nordic if
- you ask me. As far as I always thought, since their is no such thing
- as a good way to SPOT REDUCE FAT... either one can help lose wieght.
